We understand that sometimes circumstances change, or a program might not be the right fit. That's why we've created a straightforward refund policy that respects both your investment and our commitment to providing valuable resources.
This policy applies to all our income budgeting courses, learning programs, and webinar registrations. Please read through the details carefully so you know exactly where you stand.
Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible for a refund if certain conditions are met. We've designed these criteria to be fair while protecting the integrity of our educational content.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date
- You must not have accessed more than 25% of the course materials or attended more than one webinar session
- The program must not have been purchased at a promotional or discounted rate exceeding 40% off standard pricing
- Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our terms of service
- Bundled program purchases follow different guidelines and are assessed individually
If you've participated in a free trial period before purchasing, that trial period is not counted toward the refund eligibility window. However, extensive use of trial content may affect refund decisions.
Non-Refundable Situations
There are specific circumstances where refunds cannot be issued. We try to be upfront about these situations:
- After you've completed more than 25% of a learning program or accessed multiple module assessments
- If you've downloaded course materials, templates, or budgeting tools for offline use
- Registration fees for live events or workshops that occurred more than 48 hours before your refund request
- Membership renewals if the new term has already begun and you've accessed renewed content
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago, regardless of usage level
- One-on-one consultation sessions that have already been scheduled or completed
We believe transparency matters. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, reach out before assuming you won't be eligible.
The Refund Process
Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund, step by step
Submit Your Request
Contact us through email at help@korantevlis.com or use the contact form on our website. Include your purchase date, order number, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. We don't need an essay, just enough information to process your request properly.
Review Period
Our team will review your request within 3 business days. We'll check your account activity, purchase details, and eligibility status. If we need additional information, we'll reach out directly rather than making assumptions.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll explain the next steps. If denied, we'll clearly state why and explore alternative solutions that might work better for your situation.
Processing and Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time money appears in your account depends on your financial institution, but typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days from our processing date.
Learning Program Refunds
For our structured learning programs starting in late 2025 and 2026, refunds follow the standard 14-day window. However, if you've completed assessments or certification requirements, those may disqualify you from receiving a full refund.
Important: Programs with cohort-based learning have stricter refund windows since your participation affects group dynamics.
Webinar Registration Refunds
Live webinar refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. If you miss a webinar without requesting a refund beforehand, we typically can't process a refund, but we may offer access to the recording instead.
Note: Webinar series purchased as a package have different terms than individual sessions.
Subscription Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but refunds for the current billing period aren't typically provided unless there's been a technical issue preventing access. You'll maintain access through the end of your paid period.
Tip: Cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
Technical Issues
If you've experienced significant technical problems that prevented you from accessing content, we handle these cases differently. We'll work with you to resolve the issue first, but if that's not possible, refunds may be granted outside normal policies.
Documentation helps: Screenshots or error messages speed up the review process considerably.
Payment Method and Processing Times
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. We can't split refunds across multiple accounts or issue refunds to different payment sources.
Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution's processing schedules.
If your original payment method is no longer valid (expired card, closed account), you'll need to provide updated payment information before we can process the refund.
For purchases made through third-party platforms, refund processing times may vary and are subject to that platform's policies in addition to ours.
Important Considerations
Currency conversions, if applicable, are calculated at the exchange rate on the refund processing date, not the original purchase date. Small variations may occur.
Processing fees charged by payment providers are not refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount in some cases.
Partial refunds may be offered in situations where you've used some but not all of a bundled package or program.
